"Program info was clear"
I used San Francisco Ballet to look up a few shows, and yeah, the program info was easy to get through. Dates, times, and what was actually in the performance were laid out in a way that made sense.
A couple pages felt a little busy though, so I did end up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. Nothing major, just kind of a small hassle.
But overall, it helped me figure out what I was looking at before booking, so I’d say it was a solid 4-star experience.

"I used sfballet.org to check show dates..."
I used sfballet.org to check show dates and grab tickets, and it was easy. I was feeling a little pressured because I needed to pick a date and seats quickly, but the site didn’t make it harder. Pages loaded fast, seating info was easy to find, and checkout was clear with no weird surprises. It made planning the night out way less stressful than I expected

"Beautiful show, but I remember the tickets adding up fast"
I had a really nice time at the ballet and remember leaving glad I went. The performance itself was beautiful, but the ticket prices felt steep, especially once all the fees were added on. I’ve sat in the cheaper seats before and they were okay, though from what I remember the view wasn’t always the best. I’d definitely go again for a special night out, just probably not something I’d do very often

"Fresh and actually fun"
Watched it on sfballet.org and really liked how different the choreography felt. It wasn’t just the usual stuff, which was nice.
The dancers made it all look easy, and a few moments really stuck with me. I’d watch it again.

"Nice to watch, but the sound wasn’t great"
The show itself was really to look at, and I’m always a sucker for good lighting and costumes. We were up in the balcony though, and the sound felt kind of muddy from there. Some of the music got lost here and there, which was a little frustrating because that’s half the reason I go to these things. Also, side note, the seats were surprisingly okay, which I didn’t expect because theater seats can be a whole situation. Overall I’m glad I went, but I wish the acoustics had been clearer

"Fun night, though the breaks were a lot"
The pre-show part was easy and the staff were genuinely nice, so I was feeling good about it at first. The lobby was packed, though—actually, not terrible, just more crowded than I expected. Intermission was the rough part since the drink and bathroom lines got really long and felt a bit stressful. Overall it was still a decent night, maybe even a nice one, but it definitely could’ve been smoother...

The restrooms were clean, so that was good, but the lines were kinda long and moved slow. Not terrible, just a little annoying tbh

"Beautiful dancers and a really enjoyable night"
The dancers were absolutely gorgeous and clearly very talented. Overall, it was a lovely night out and I’m glad I went. A few parts did feel like they dragged a bit, but that can happen with almost any show. With a little tighter pacing, it would’ve been close to perfect.

"Super helpful box office"

"Got in fast, even with the crowd"
I thought it was gonna take way longer because there were a lot of people, but the lines kept moving and we got in quick. Entry was easy, no stress… just kind of smooth, which was nice.

"I didn’t really know what to expect..."
I didn’t really know what to expect going in. Ballet isn’t usually my thing. But the costumes. Wow. The colors, the tiny details, the way the fabric moved when they turned or jumped. It pulled me in right away.
Nothing looked too much or trying too hard. It just fit. Each dance had its own feeling, and the costumes helped me understand it more, even without knowing the story. Really glad I went. I’d definitely go again

"Refunds could be a bit easier"
The exchange itself was okay, not a huge hassle or anything. I just wish the refund part was a little smoother because it felt kind of cluncky and took more effort than I expected.

"Beautiful show, but a little tough with kids"
so we took our kids to the SF Ballet, and the performance itself was really beautiful. That said, as a family outing it felt a bit more stressful than I expected. The seats were tight, the breaks went by fast, and it was hard keeping the younger kids comfortable the whole time. The staff were friendly enough, which helped, but I’d probably go again with older kids rather than little ones...

"The show itself was fine, but..."
The show itself was fine, but getting there on public transit was way more annoying than I expected. The wording on the website made it sound like the stops were basically right there, but they definitely didn’t feel that close unless you’re a fast walker. After the show, it was confusing figuring out where to go, and it felt a little sketchy waiting around. I wish they were clearer about what the transit situation is actually like. I’d probably think twice about going again without a car or just using rideshare.

"Took a little patience, but it worked out"
I was heading to the event and didn’t think much about the mobile tickets at first since I’ve used them plenty of times before. The app loaded fine at home, but once we got closer to the entrance it started acting a little weird and took a bit to pull everything up. I had to refresh a couple times and step aside while people went ahead of us, which was kind of annoying. Eventually the tickets did show up and we got in, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely felt a little hit or miss.

"Pretty easy to get tickets"
Buying tickets on sfballet.org was straightforward. Picking seats was easy, and checkout didn’t take too long. I did have to reload the page once when it got stuck, but after that everything worked fine. I got my email confirmation right away, so no complaints really.

"The live orchestra really stood out to me"
I booked through San Francisco Ballet for a night out, the live orchestra ended up being the part I keep thinking about.
The music sounded so full and warm without being overwhelming. It was really clear, and you could feel how closely it matched the dancers’ timing, which made the whole performance feel even more real. A couple of the quieter moments really gave me chills.
The website was easy enough to use, too, but the music is what I’ve been telling people about since. Really happy I went, and it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

"Simple subscription process with nice perks"
I signed up for my subscription through sfballet.org it was easier than I expected. The member perks and info were easy to find, which I really appreciated. I had one quick question and support got back to me fast. Based on my experience, it was smooth, straightforward, and totally hassle-free...
